When it comes to wealth, tennis stars Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams dominate the world of female athletes.

In a list just released from Forbes Magazine, Sharapova and Williams were the two richest female athletes in 2015. They earned $29.7 and $24.6 million respectively, with their total assets coming from both athletic events and various endorsements and businesses.

Tennis stars dominate the latest list; seven players were in the top 10, with the only non-tennis athletes on the list being NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, UFC star Ronda Rousey and LPGA champion Stacy Lewis.

The full list of the world's highest paid female athletes (and their earnings) in 2015 is as follows:

3. Caroline Wozniacki ($14.6 million)

4. Danica Patrick ($13.9 million)
