Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon to get divorce over what?
There is a lot of buzz out there regarding Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey getting a divorce. The perfect couple doesn’t seem to be so perfect after all and are trying to do the divorce as quietly as possible. Nick Cannon states that Mariah is an emotional mess and is not a stable parent for the two children that they have together.
Many people thought that perhaps Cannon was the one that was cheating and causing the turmoil in the relationship – however, it seems that Cannon is calling the shots and saying Mariah is the one that is unfit for not only him, but for their kids. They originally separated in May, but many people didn’t think that this separation was going to last for very long. They figured each person needed their space and when things are not working, they try to find a way around it – especially a seemingly perfect couple as Mariah and Nick seemed to be.
So What Exactly is Going On?
This is not the case, they are filing for divorce to make it final. As far as talking about anything that is going on, Cannon is under a gag order that prevents him from saying anything publicly about the divorce, while Mariah doesn’t seem to say anything at all, either and actually finds excuses for not talking about it. This is something that they are trying to keep as quiet and civil as possible – probably for the children. They do not want their business around the Internet, or even throughout the tabloids – who would?
Unfortunately the couple does not seem to be working anything out which is a shame for the world, since they seemed so well together. They have taken on different parts of the world and hopefully the children are still going to be able to get along fine sharing parents and days of the week. Many people are hoping that this will come to pass and things will go back to normal, but the celeb pair seem to be final in their decision to go through a divorce.
