The nurse started working for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon in 2013. She not only took home for the children, but also watched during her concerts on the offspring of Carey.

"She was 24 hours a day and ready," says DaCosta's lawyer Eli Freedberg. "They had to obey every command, even in the middle of the night."

Carey released her children sometimes up to 100 hours a week behind Simonette DaCosta. She got up to 6,300 euros per month to care for twins Moroccan and Monroe, but overtime the nanny got a penny. The nanny now claiming damages of 100,000 euros.

DaCosta was fired after the pop diva was that she became attached to her children. "They took care to the children," says Freedberg. "Carey was concerned that the children could get confused who was their mother."

It is the second time in a month that the singer is denounced as flawed employer. In December, a former employee sued her for not paying overtime for seven years.
