Deontay Wilder brings heavyweight title back to U.S.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada.- The main event between bombers ended in unusual ways. As the Haitian-Canadian Bermane "B. Ware "Stiverne declared:" It was not his night was not my fight. "And so, without the American Deontay "Bronze Bomber" is something from another world, used the scope provided by your height two meters to impose their distance, frustrate his few attempts to attack and win round after round to collect a wide decision unanimous 118-109, 119-108 and 120-107 which gave heavy universal WBC crown last night at the historic hotel Grand Garden Arena MGM Grand.

Wilder took things calmly and with jabs and straight rights walked against an enemy who could never make it available to its powerful punch and instead endured terrible direct from the skilled hand of "Bomber Bronze", which was held back his perfect streak knockout and stayed with 33-0, 32 before the deadline. Wilder became the first heavyweight world champion United States by the WBC since 2006, when he reigned Hasim Rahman. It was also the first match of the highest division in Grand Garden Arena since Mike Tyson bit Evander Holyfield's ears on June 28, 1997. In the second round, Wilder dealt him one of many forehands that will connect over episodes and set out to finish it; before the rain of shrapnel, he embraced Bermane legs and the two went to the floor. The bell rang to end the round and referee Tony Weeks, who had little work because overall it was a fair fight, did not apply counting.

The tone of the lawsuit was the same, with Wilder sometimes "just checking" with his left jab and throwing continuous Combined with straight rights. Attempts to Stiverne, who finished with eye inflammations, to reach it with a "bell" were lost in the air as the time they arrived was "almost a glancing blow".

Bermane fueled hopes on the fifth lap, when they fajaron and could unload their best shots, but they never created a real sense of danger. In the seventh, Wilder hurt Bermane with a right hand that sent him back, but he could not give the lace. And so were happening assaults without Stiverne could penetrate the impenetrable wall that raised boxing "from afar" the new champion. "I am very happy to bring this title back to America. I knew I could withstand his blows, "said Deontay, who kissed Mauricio Sulaiman to climb the ring to ratify it as the new owner of green and gold belt.
